Communication reports
Communication reports provide raw per-transaction data filtered by specific campaigns, communications, accounts, or templates. Each row represents one message or service request with its delivery status, timing, and metadata, scoped to the communications you select.
Use communication reports when you need to:
- Track delivery and engagement for a specific campaign or Journey (Moments flow)
- Compare transaction-level performance across multiple communications
- Export campaign-scoped transaction data for external analysis
- Filter transaction data by account or template
For full transaction-level data without campaign scoping, use Detailed reports. For aggregated campaign performance data, use the Delivery and traffic performance report.
Access and availability
Communication reports require the Analyze Manager role. See account settings for role management.
With this role, you can view data for your account and related sub-accounts. If you log in as a sub-account, you see only your own account data.
For retention and full data availability details, see Reporting overview.
Communication reports include all transactions within your account retention period that can be linked to a campaign or Journey. Journeys can run over extended periods. If a Journey runs longer than your retention period, earlier transactions will not appear in the report. Contact your account manager if you need extended retention.
Coverage
Communication reports cover communications created through Journeys (Moments flows) and Broadcast campaigns. Channel availability differs between the two.
Report columns
Each row represents one message or service request scoped to the selected Journey (Moments flow) or campaign. Columns are predefined and cannot be customized.
For the complete column reference, see Communication report column reference.

- File format: Select

Report generation runs in the background. When the report is ready, its status changes to Active and recipients receive the file by email if you configured email delivery.
Find your report in the Reports list. For the actions available from the three-dot menu, status definitions, and what to do when a report fails or expires, see Manage reports.
