All report types share the same lifecycle statuses. Use this page to understand what each status means, when reports expire, and what actions are available.


Status reference

StatusMeaning
PendingThe report is being generated.
Ready/ActiveThe report is generated and available to download. Shown as Ready in most report types; shown as Active in Detailed reports.
ExpiredThe report is no longer available to download or view. Reports expire 72 hours after generation.
FailedReport generation failed due to a data or consistency issue.
StoppedA recurring report was automatically paused because recent reports were not downloaded or viewed.

Stopped thresholds by schedule [#stopped-thresholds-report-statuses]

A recurring report stops automatically if recent reports go unaccessed:

  • Monthly: 2 consecutive reports not accessed
  • Weekly: 4 consecutive reports not accessed
  • Daily: 14 consecutive reports not accessed


Report actions

The following actions are available from the three-dot menu on any report. Action labels may differ between report types.

ActionDescription
View detailsOpens the report detail panel: report type, date range, configuration, and export details.
DownloadDownloads the report file. Available when the status is Ready or Active.
Clone/DuplicateCreates a new report with the same configuration. Use it to re-run an expired or failed report, or to create a variation without rebuilding the settings. Labeled Clone in Detailed, Communication, Inbox (Conversations), and Signals reports; labeled Duplicate in Financial, AgentOS, Email sender reputation, and Delivery and traffic performance reports.
DeletePermanently deletes the report.

Report detail panel [#report-detail-panel-report-actions]

In Financial, AgentOS, Email sender reputation, and Delivery and traffic performance reports, View details opens a panel with three tabs:

  • Overview: Report type, occurrence, date range, who requested it, and when it was generated
  • Configuration: Dimensions and metrics included in the report
  • Export details: File format, external server configuration, and direct download link status

What to do when a report fails or expires [#failed-expired-report-actions]

  • Failed: Use Clone or Duplicate to re-run the report. If it fails again, contact Support.
  • Expired: Use Clone or Duplicate to regenerate the report.
  • Stopped: Reactivate the recurring report by accessing recent reports or reconfiguring the schedule.
