Email sender reputation report
Email sender reputation reports give you insight into the sending reputation of your email traffic. Available for Email only, reputation is tracked using two key technical identifiers: sending IP and envelope domain.
Use email sender reputation reports when you need to:
- Track SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication pass rates
- Track your sender score and overall deliverability health
- Check whether your sending IP or envelope domain appears on blocklists
- Understand how Gmail (Google Postmaster) and Outlook (Microsoft Smart Network Data Services) perceive your sender reputation
Access and availability
Email sender reputation reports are part of the Email Deliverability Center and AI Assistant. The Email Deliverability Center must be enabled on your account to access this report. Contact your account manager to enable it.
Email sender reputation reports require the Analyze Manager role. See account settings for role management.
You must also have at least one dedicated sending IP or an envelope domain configured on your account. Without either, no reputation data is available.
For retention and full data availability details, see Reporting overview.
