Journey campaigns
Use tags in Journeys to create targeted communication:
- Use a Predefined audience Journey entry point to initiate two-way communications with end users who are assigned specific tags
- In a Journey, add tags based on end users' responses to your messages. You can then use this tag in future campaigns.
Chatbots
Use tags to direct the chatbot flow in Chatbots. For example, if an end user's profile has a tag "purchased mobile phone", when the end user contacts your chatbot, you can ask them if they want help with their mobile phone.
You can add or remove tags through the chatbot.
