Broadcast
Broadcast lets you send large-scale, personalized messages to your audience across multiple communication channels. Use it to schedule, launch, and monitor one-way campaigns with support for templates, file uploads, delivery tracking and fallback logic.
Broadcast is available through the Infobip web interface (opens in a new tab) and supports message delivery to predefined recipients, uploaded lists, or audience segments.
How Broadcast works with Infobip
Broadcast allows you to:
- Create one-way campaigns using a step-by-step interface.
- Upload and send messages to recipients from a file or list.
- Use templates to speed up message creation.
- Personalize messages with placeholders and attributes from the People module.
- Schedule messages and define delivery windows.
- Add failover to SMS for supported channel (KakaoTalk, MMS, RCS, Viber, WhatsApp, Zalo).
