Guides, integrations, and apps

After you create your account, use guides, integrations, and Exchange apps to complete specific tasks.

Choose a library

Choose the library that fits your task:

• Guides: Step-by-step how-tos and tutorials for a task on a channel or product, for example, how to register a 10DLC sender or set up a webhook. Use guides when you build directly on the platform.
• Integrations: Use the platform from a tool you already use, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or WooCommerce. Use integrations when you manage messaging from a different platform.
• Exchange apps: Enable a ready-made app from the Exchange Marketplace, or build and publish your own. Examples include a Shopify data sync, a Stripe payment link, and a Jira context card. Use Exchange apps to add a capability without building it.
