Audit log
The audit log records user activity in the web interface. It is available to users with the Account admin role.
To open it:
- Select the Account settings icon (gear) in the web interface header.
- Go to Audit log.
- Use it to investigate incidents, see which user performed an action, and review how users work in the account.
NOTE
The audit log keeps entries for five years.
Each log entry includes the date, username, description, and status. You can filter entries by a predefined time range (last 15 minutes, last 3 hours, today, yesterday, this week, or last week) or specify a custom date and time range.
Audit log events
The audit log records these items, actions, and events:
