Insights

EARLY ACCESS

Insights provides AI-driven performance analytics and recommendations to help you optimize customer journeys and improve interaction outcomes. Monitor journey effectiveness, identify friction points, and receive actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Insights consists of four main components:

  1. Insights - AI-powered analytics dashboard displaying total interactions, success rates, top recommendations for journey optimization, and topic performance analysis across all customer interactions.
  2. Supporting metrics - Interaction performance, health and duration, audience engagement, conversion funnels, and channel health metrics.
  3. Custom dashboards - Create personalized dashboards with custom metrics, filters, and visualizations tailored to your specific reporting needs and business objectives.
  4. Settings - Configure AI analysis and data processing for Insights and Supporting metrics.

Each component provides specialized insights to help you understand and optimize different aspects of your customer engagement strategy.
