Manage knowledge agents
EARLY ACCESSTo manage your knowledge agents, go to AI Agents > My agents > Knowledge agents tab.
On this page, you can do the following:
- Search: Search for knowledge agents by name using the search box.
- Create: Create a new knowledge agent by selecting Create knowledge agent.
For each knowledge agent in the list, the page displays the agent name, status (for example, Ready to use or Not configured), and the date of last modification.
For each knowledge agent, the following actions are available through the menu (three dots):
- Edit: Update the agent configuration.
- Go to Quality center: Test the output of the knowledge agent.
- Delete: Remove the knowledge agent.
Edit a knowledge agent
Edit the settings
You can update the agent settings of the knowledge agent at any time.
- On the Infobip web interface, go to AI Agents > My agents > Knowledge agents tab.
- In the Agent, Knowledge base, and Preview tabs, update the configuration.
- Select Update agent.
Select the menu icon (three dots) next to Update agent to access the following options:
- View as code: View the agent configuration as code.
- Go to Quality center: Go directly to the Quality center to test the agent.
- Go to Session history: View previous sessions and associated analytics.
Edit knowledge sources
To add new or updated documentation, upload the complete documentation and not only the changes.
Uploading a new zip file replaces the existing documentation entirely.
Delete a knowledge agent
- On the Infobip web interface, go to AI Agents > My agents > Knowledge agents tab.
- Select Delete next to the agent you want to remove.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deleting a knowledge agent is permanent. Ensure the agent is no longer in use before deleting it.
