In [Conversations](https://www.infobip.com/docs/conversations), navigate to **All Work** → **Instagram Posts** to view a list of conversations.
  
To view a list of conversations that are assigned to you, go to **My Work**.
  
### Assign conversations [#assign-conversations-instagram-posts-over-conversations]

You can assign conversations to yourself or to another agent.
  
Note  
Every new comment from the end user in Instagram Posts is treated as a new conversation.
