# IP address safelist

In case you need to safelist our IPs on your system, check the following list of ranges we use to deliver incoming messages, as well as *delivery*, *seen*, *deleted* reports, and send WhatsApp media messages:

## sFTP IPs

You can use and safelist the following sFTP IP addresses to ensure successful connections.

The following IP addresses are used for accessing the **Voice** sFTP service. Make sure to safelist them in your firewall or security settings to ensure uninterrupted data transfer.
