# Email API delivery reports

The [Get Email delivery reports](https://www.infobip.com/docs/api/channels/email/get-outbound-email-message-delivery-reports) API endpoint allows you to retrieve one-time delivery reports (DLRs) for all emails sent through Infobip. Delivery reports contain detailed performance metrics, helping you monitor success rates, troubleshoot delivery issues, and optimize your sending workflows.

Delivery reports are particularly useful for:

- Creating failover logic when performance drops
- Slowing down or adjusting traffic if delivery issues occur
- Tracking campaign- or message-level performance

Note
Each delivery report is returned **only once**. If you request the same report again, an empty collection is returned.
